There are literally millions of way to lose unwanted fat from your body. Go ahead and search the phrase lose fat on google and you get over 27 million results Thats mind boggling. How do you know which technique to use? Should I buy a book? A weight loss pill? Get an operation? Those are the thoughts that usually run through a person’s mind when they’re clueless on what they should do. I’m here to give you some tips that can get you started on losing that fat and getting into shape.

#1. Do NOT cut out calories so quickly. By this, I mean if you’re eating 3,000 calories a day, do not just decide you’re only going to eat 1000 calories a day. The dramatic change puts your metabolism in shock and just slows it down. Therefore, it’ll be easier to gain the weight you might have lost, all back. Plus, it’s very unhealthy. If you’re going to cut calories do it very gradually.

#2. Start Eating More Small Meals A Day. It might sound like I’m telling you to get fatter, but don’t worry. Eating more frequent smaller meals a day actually boosts your metabolism. This then means your body will be burning calories at a faster pace which will allow you to shred the pounds.

#3. EXERCISE Exercising is so important. Not just for losing weight but for your overall health. Don’t start off killing yourself. Maybe exercise 20 minutes three times a week. Start slowly, and then gradually build your way up to 30 minutes a day. And then to 5 days a week. You get the picture. Exercise will also boost your metabolism a lot.

#4. Set Aside A Reward For Yourself It can be very difficult dieting and exercising without a little break or reward. People often get too stressed out and just end up quitting. We don’t want that. Give yourself one day a week to have that snack you’ve been waiting for. It’ll help take the edge off and make you lose more weight in the long run.
